Strengths: Cheap, light, SOoooo easy to do up and adjust. Can upgrade the liner to one of the better ones as you progress. At first high flexibility is good and forgiving, holds heel reasonably well. Its a fairly cheap and comfortable boot and that`s what should be remembered, perfect for anyone from beginner to good intermediate though if you are at the top end of this and are in the market for a boot that is really going to help you progress to the next level do what you know you should and go more expensive! I personally bought all my gear at one time as a lower intermediate and these will last me a couple of years I would say, maybe when I upgrade my boots I will go spend more on boots than these, but they will last until I am much better.
Weaknesses: Could do with a lower zone only adjustor but as a beginner you are not going to notice this particularly, also the more expensive boots have this. It is what it is.....and as such is scored with that in mind....
