Strengths: Had a good board from Palmer - but it did not last long - it delaminated and carbon stringers (like on this one) - broke
Weaknesses: Customer service did not want to stand behind board. Told me it was my fault - but I was just turning in deep powder when it happened - but that was too much for the board to handle - they accused me of hitting a tree - which I did not do... worst experience with a snowboard manufacturer I have had.
